Count Emails by Domain
See which domains your list is made of — the most common first — with counts and percentages.
Your files never leave your device. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Limit: a maximum file size.
How it works
Every valid address is assigned to the part after the @ (lower-cased), and the domains are ranked by how many addresses they have. Entries that are not valid addresses are skipped and counted separately. The table shows the top 1,000 domains; the CSV download contains all of them.
Use it to see how many of your contacts use Gmail, Outlook or a company domain. To pull those addresses out, try the filters in the Email Tools section, or sort by domain.
Frequently asked questions
Does it validate addresses?
It only counts entries that look like a valid address; others are skipped and shown as a number.
Are subdomains grouped?
No. mail.example.com and example.com are counted as different domains.
Is my list uploaded?
No. Counting happens in your browser.
