Separate Free vs Business Emails

Split a list into personal-mailbox addresses (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo…) and business or own-domain addresses.

Your files never leave your device. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Limit: a maximum file size.

How it works

An address counts as free / personal when its domain belongs to a well-known consumer mailbox provider or internet-provider mail service (Gmail, Outlook and Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud, Proton, AOL, GMX, BT, Sky, Virgin Media and dozens more). Everything else is treated as business or own-domain. This is a guide, not a guarantee: small businesses often use Gmail, and some companies use their own domain for personal mail.

The list of providers is built in and is not exhaustive. Disposable (throw-away) domains count as “business / other” here — use disposable email detector to find them.

Frequently asked questions

Why is a Gmail address on a company domain in the business list?

Because its domain is the company’s own; only addresses ending in gmail.com and similar provider domains are called free.

Does it check that addresses exist?

No. It only looks at the syntax and the domain name.

Is my list uploaded?

No. It is processed in your browser.
