Welcome to Donaldson R F (donaldsonrf.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any service or tool you order through it. By using this Site or ordering a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Your use of the Site is also subject to my Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Platform

Donaldson R F is a catalogue of fixed-price technical services and custom tools, delivered directly by me, an independent IT professional. Each service page states exactly what is included, what is not included, and the price. No account or registration is required — you pay by card through Stripe and then send me the details of your project through a short form.

3. Scope of Work

Every price shown applies to a standard case matching the description on that service's page. If your situation turns out to be substantially more complex than described, I will tell you before doing any additional chargeable work — I will never silently turn a small job into an expensive one. This principle applies to every service listed on the Site.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about the problem you need solved, and for keeping your own backups of any website, files, or data before work begins. I am not responsible for pre-existing data loss or corruption unrelated to the work I carry out.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to breach site security, scrape or overload the Site with automated requests, or request work intended for an unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this Site — including its design, code, graphics, and text — is my property, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any custom script, tool, or configuration built specifically for you as part of a paid service becomes your property once the service has been paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donaldson R F shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or the services ordered through it, beyond the price paid for the specific service in question.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. As an independent professional registered under an Italian Partita IVA based in Pavia, any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Italy.

9. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
