Extract Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo & iCloud Emails

How it works

Each address is matched to a provider by its domain. Gmail includes googlemail.com; Outlook / Hotmail includes outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, msn.com and their country versions (such as hotmail.co.uk); Yahoo includes ymail.com and rocketmail.com; iCloud includes me.com and mac.com. Addresses at a company domain that merely uses Gmail or Outlook for its mail (for example a Google Workspace domain) cannot be told apart from ordinary company addresses, so they are not included.

The built-in list covers the main free mailbox providers and internet-provider mail services; it is a practical list, not an official or complete one. Entries that are not valid addresses are ignored. To separate all personal-mailbox addresses from business ones, use separate free from business emails.

Frequently asked questions

Is Gmail on a custom domain included?

No. Only addresses that end in the provider’s own domains, such as gmail.com.

Why is an address missing?

It may be invalid, or its provider may not be ticked. Open “More providers” for others.

Is my list uploaded?

No. Everything stays in your browser.
