Filter Emails by Domain or TLD
Keep only the addresses from certain domains or countries — or remove them — for example only .com.br, only .it, or everything except gmail.com.
How the rules work
A rule with a dot such as gmail.com is a domain: it matches that exact domain (and, if you tick the box, its subdomains). A rule that starts with a dot, or a single word such as uk or de, is an ending (TLD): .uk matches every address whose domain ends in .uk, and .co.uk or .com.br match those country endings. Ending rules like co.uk are recognised too. Everything is compared ignoring upper and lower case.
Country endings show where a domain is registered, not where the person lives, and many businesses use .com. To group addresses by mailbox provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud), use extract Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and iCloud addresses.
Frequently asked questions
Can I filter by several domains at once?
Yes. Put them all in the box, separated by spaces or commas; an address matches if it fits any of the rules.
What does “Remove addresses that match” do?
It keeps everything else — handy for removing personal-mail domains from a business list.
Is my list uploaded?
No. Filtering happens in your browser.
