Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Introduction

This policy explains refunds for the DRF Key ordered from Donaldson R F (donaldsonrf.com). It works together with the Terms of Service.

2. How payment works

Each order is paid by card through a Stripe checkout. I never see or store your card details.

3. Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU)

If you are a consumer and buy at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the contract to withdraw without giving a reason (Italian Consumer Code, Codice del Consumo, Articles 52 to 59). For a service, you lose that right once the service has been fully performed, provided you asked me to begin during the 14 days and confirmed that you understood this. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, you lose it once delivery has started with your express consent and that same confirmation.

Because my services start as soon as you send your details, I ask you to confirm this when you place the order or send the project form. If you have not yet sent your details and I have not started, you may withdraw and I will refund you in full. Business customers do not have this right, but section 4 still applies.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@donaldsonrf.com within the 14 days, with your order reference.

6. DRF Key subscriptions

• A new key starts with a free trial of 7 days. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged.
• After the trial the first payment is taken and the key stays active. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or from the key page. The key keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
• I do not refund part of a period that has already started, unless the law requires it or the licence did not work because of a fault on my side. In that case write to me and I will put it right or refund the affected period.

7. Third-party costs

This policy covers fees paid to me. I cannot refund what you pay to others, such as hosting, domains, software licences, brokers or prop firms, even when my work involves them.

8. How to ask for a refund

Email info@donaldsonrf.com with your order details, or use the contact form. I reply within one working day when I can.

9. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Banks and card companies decide how long they take to show it, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
