Email Parts Splitter
Break each address into its parts — username, domain, ending and, where it is clear, first and last name — as a table you can copy or download.
How it works
Username is the part before the @ (without a +tag, which is shown separately), domain is what follows it, domain name is the main label (example in mail.example.co.uk) and TLD is the ending (co.uk). Country endings such as co.uk and com.au are recognised.
First and last name are only a best guess: they are filled in when the username clearly looks like first.last, first_last or first-last (digits are ignored). Usernames such as jsmith, info or a.b are left blank because they cannot be split reliably. Always check before using guessed names in a message. Entries without an @ are skipped.
Frequently asked questions
Why are some names blank?
The tool only fills a name when the pattern is clear; guessing from “jsmith” would often be wrong.
Are names capitalised?
Yes: john.smith becomes John and Smith.
Is my list uploaded?
No. It stays in your browser.
