- What doesn't fit inside the monthly allowance
A full redesign, adding a completely new section of the site (like an online shop), or a large one-off project. Those are quoted separately and honestly, rather than quietly eating your entire month's allowance.
- If you don't use them
Unused edits and SEO actions simply don't roll over. Each month resets, there's no banking them up, and there's no penalty either. It keeps things simple for both of us.

- Can you guarantee a first-page Google ranking?
- No, and honestly, anyone who guarantees that isn't being straight with you, nobody controls Google's algorithm. What I can guarantee is consistent, genuine effort every month toward better visibility, not a one-off tweak followed by silence.
- Why isn't there a price list on this page?
- Because a fair price depends on your actual site: its size, its platform, its current state, and how much ongoing work you want from me. A generic number wouldn't be honest. Message me and I'll work out a clear, specific quote with you.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Payments run through Stripe, so I can accept all major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and most local payment methods, wherever you're based. Your financial details are encrypted end-to-end and never pass through my hands directly.
- I'm not technical at all, is that a problem?
- Not remotely. In fact, that's exactly who this service is built for. You describe what you need in your own words, and I translate it into the technical steps myself.
- Can I move away from your hosting later if I want to?
- Yes. Your domain and content remain yours. If you ever decide to move on, I'll help make that transition as smooth as the one that brought you here.
- Do you also set up professional email addresses?
- Yes, as part of hosting set-up I can configure a mailbox on your own domain, either directly on your hosting or connected to Apple iCloud+ if you'd rather keep using Apple Mail.
- How is this different from a big hosting company?

- There's no fixed office-hours desk here, I check messages throughout the day and reply as soon as I reasonably can, usually well within a working day.
- Is my website data safe with you?
- Daily backups, monitored security, and I don't share access with anyone else. If you ever want a copy of your own backups, you're entitled to one, it's your site.
