Euclid's Theorem Calculator

In a right triangle, solve for the hypotenuse, legs, altitude, or their projections using Euclid's theorems.

First theorem: each leg is the geometric mean of the hypotenuse and its projection onto it (a² = c·p). Second theorem: the altitude to the hypotenuse is the geometric mean of the two projections (h² = p·q).
