To ensure a perfect experience, I offer a simple and practical payment method. You can conveniently use all major credit cards through the renowned Stripe payment system, my default payment option.

My digital products and services

If the product was purchased through my website, donaldsonrf.com, and paid to Donaldson RF via Stripe, it is a digital product that will be delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

After purchase and payment, immediately after payment confirmation (which is instantaneous in the case of credit cards), my system will send an email containing the purchased product, whether an Expert Advisor or an E-Book, or instructions on how to proceed, as in the case of Copy Trading or Coaching.

For Membership, you will acquire access to a specific members page, after payment access to this page will automatically be made available. For more information about Membership see my FAQ.

Pay attention to the information contained on the download page about validity and number of downloads, some products are limited to just 1 download, write down the information or take a screenshot.

Affiliate Products

For affiliate products, clicking buttons such as “official product page”, “more information”, “I want this product” or a similar option will redirect you to the official page of the advertised product.  In this scenario, I only act as an affiliate, facilitating the connection between you, the customer and the seller of the product.

Payment will be processed directly on the product’s official page, and the responsibility for delivery lies with the page where you finalized the purchase.

Before making a payment for an affiliate product, where you are directed to the seller’s official page, I recommend checking the product name on the seller’s official website and evaluating customer satisfaction on the Trustpilot website. This step allows you to analyze recent reviews from people who purchased the product.

As an affiliate, my role is to serve as your point of contact for recommended products and services. I act as the link between you, the customer and the seller of the product. When you click on my affiliate link and are redirected to the official product page, you will be in direct contact with the seller.

It is important to note that, as an affiliate, I have no direct control over financial transactions, deliveries or refunds. When you make a purchase through my affiliate link, all aspects of payment and delivery management are the responsibility of the seller.
