Reading a Gantt chart

A Gantt chart shows each task as a bar on a calendar: the bar starts on the task’s start date and ends on its end date (both days count). Overlapping bars are tasks happening at the same time, and the darker part of a bar shows how much is done. The red line marks today. The chart adjusts its scale to the length of your project, from days up to months.

Your tasks are saved in this browser so they are still here next time; use Export CSV to keep a copy or move them to a spreadsheet. The CSV columns are name, start, end, progress with dates as YYYY-MM-DD. For a plain checklist, see the kanban board.
