Subscription Tracker

Add what you pay for regularly and see the real monthly and yearly cost, with the next payment dates. Amounts and currencies are whatever you type.

Private by design. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere: there is no account, no server storage and no exchange-rate service. By default the list only exists in this page and is lost when you close or reload it. If you tick "Remember on this device" it is saved in this browser's local storage, where anyone who uses this browser profile could see it. "Clear all data" removes it. Estimate, not financial advice: this tool does not tell you what to cancel.

How the costs are worked out

Each amount is turned into a yearly cost by how often it is paid: weekly × 52, fortnightly × 26, every four weeks × 13, monthly × 12, every two months × 6, quarterly × 4, twice a year × 2 and yearly × 1. The monthly figure is the yearly cost ÷ 12, so a weekly £5 becomes £260 a year or about £21.67 a month (real months are a little longer than four weeks, so the two ways of counting differ slightly). Amounts are kept in whole pence, so totals add up exactly. Costs in different currencies are never mixed unless you type an exchange rate yourself.

If you give one payment date, the tool works out the next date from it: weekly types add whole weeks, and monthly types add whole months and keep the same day of the month, using the last day of a shorter month (31 January monthly becomes 28 or 29 February, then 31 March). It does not know your provider's real billing dates, free trials, price rises, VAT or discounts, so check your statements. Use it to spot forgotten subscriptions, not as a record of what you are legally charged. Related tools: Savings Goal Calculator, Emergency Fund Calculator and Trip Budget Calculator.

Source / Last verified: arithmetic and calendar rules only; no external data, service lists, exchange rates or prices are used. The formulas and date rules were checked on 26 September 2026 with worked examples (for example £9.99 monthly = £119.88 a year; £5 weekly = £260 a year).
