How this works
Every banner gets its own random 6-character CSS class, so you can paste several different banners on the same page without their styles clashing. There's no external stylesheet to edit and no inline JavaScript (some security plugins and Content-Security-Policy setups block inline on* event handlers) — everything the banner needs travels with it in one self-contained block. Top-position banners load eagerly with high priority (best for what's visible immediately); bottom-position banners load lazily (better for page speed, since they're below the fold).
