Important — what this can and can't do
This can remove: Word's "Restrict Editing" feature (found under Review → Restrict Editing) on a file that already opens fine — this only blocks editing, not viewing.
This cannot: open a .docx that was protected with "Encrypt with Password" and needs a password just to open it in Word. That uses real encryption and can't be bypassed here.
