Email infrastructure configuration, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup, as well as domain integration with services like Google Workspace or Zoho.

3. Hosting, Server Management, and IT Support

For clients utilizing my web hosting setup, server administration, or emergency troubleshooting services:

Backups & Data Loss: While I employ robust security, migration, and management practices, you are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of your website, emails, and server data. Donaldson R F is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, cyber-attacks, or user error.
Service Availability: I strive to provide maximum uptime and high-performance environments; however, the services are provided without an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Routine maintenance and unforeseen technical disruptions may occur.

4. Acceptable Use of the Website and Infrastructure

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Transmitting unauthorized advertising, “spam,” or any other unsolicited commercial communications.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to my servers, disrupting the network, or distributing malicious software.

Upfront Quotes and Scopes: Projects begin following a technical evaluation and agreement on scope and pricing. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Professional Integrity & Refunds: I only take on projects that align with my technical expertise. If an initial audit reveals a critical technical limitation preventing a successful outcome, I will inform you immediately and issue a prompt refund via Stripe, as outlined in my service guarantees. Once custom technical work or migration services have been successfully delivered and verified, fees are generally considered final.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Donaldson R F. I have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
