This policy applies to all digital products and services offered on this website.

Refunds

I offer a 7-day refund policy for unused services and digital products. To be eligible, you must request a refund within 7 days of purchase and not have used the service or downloaded the product.

Please note: Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be returned. Simply clicking the link will be recorded as a download. My system will display whether the product has been downloaded for both of us.

Memberships are not refundable, once the subscription is made, for the first payment there is no possibility of refund, you can cancel the subscription at any time, so there will be no future charges.

Full refunds will be issued for eligible requests.

How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund, please submit a request by emailing info@donaldsonrf.com. Include your order number and a clear explanation for requesting a refund.

Processing Your Refund

I will review your refund request within 48 business hours and notify you via email of my decision. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

The processing time will vary based on the chosen payment method.

Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to post).
  • Contact your bank (they may have a processing period).

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, reply to the email where your refund was discussed.

Exchange Policy

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable. However, if you are eligible for a service refund (unused service within 7 days), a credit will be issued to the gift card for use within 30 days. After 30 days, the credit will expire.
